Our Mission
InTechual Coding is a youth-led organization geared towards empowering students to pursue technology careers by equipping them with programming skills from a young age.
Because many students lack exposure to STEM Careers, InTechual Coding also aspires to foster intellectual curiosity about innovative fields of technology without the pressure of grades and homework.
Java is one of the main programming languages and students are not typically introduced to it until high school, where the usual Advanced Placement Computer Science class is offered. However, this AP CS course jumps head-first into programming, making it difficult for students with little to no prior experience to keep up. By introducing Java early, students gain confidence in computer science.
